There's only two types of person in the world - those who have lived in Korea, and those who haven't. Fortunately for me, I'm in the first box and I'm never getting out. I've been to Korea, I know the lie of the land there, my wife is from there so I suppose I'm married to Korea forever, and I'll always have one foot there. What have I done! I guess if I had my time again I would have just let her go and not consigned myself to this life but it's too late now, it's done, I'm married and I just have to manage the situation.
Korea. Nice country. Interesting. They're the Irish of Asia I hear. I'd totally go along with that 'cause to me, they're just a bunch of paddies in disguise... Patriotic, obsessed by the next door neighbor country, into singing, church, having kids, getting pissed and arguing, they're a bit folky, yet the two countries have hardly heard of each other. Actually Koreans think Ireland is a part of England, which, well you know.
Korea. The women I like. They call me handsome so of course I like them. And that's what I like about them all: they keep it simple. "You're handsome...I like you..." See, that's all I need to know. I'm simple too, "but in the Age Of Information, it's so easy to forget that." And, a lot of them are quite fanciable themselves.
Shocking place to work though. But good place to drink. There's something in the air. Or maybe I'm just imagining that? After you've had a few there's always something in the air. So basically Korea, it'll drive you to drink, but after a few hours down the pub, you'll love the place!
